Due to the extreme weather, we are receiving lots of calls from customers about flooding.

We are investigating reports of flooding from public sewers as quickly as possible. However, due to the volume of reports it may take us longer than usual to attend.

We are prioritising the most urgent calls and will be on site as quickly as possible.
