From April 2017, all businesses in England (including charity, public sector and not-for-profit organisations, where eligible*) are now able to switch their water supplier and their water sewerage or trade effluent supplier, much like you can now in the energy and telecom sector.

The new open market allows businesses to switch their water and sewerage retailer. We still supply you with water and sewerage services but we now bill your Retailer, who in turn sells this service to you, as their customer.
