We have our next WaterShare+ meeting on 13 October 2023. The event is now open for registrations, it is for customers to join the Panel and Executive team to discuss topics including current performance and future plans.
Customers are at the heart of everything we do and we want your voices to be heard. We're currently preparing our business plan from 2025 to 2030 and we’d love to get your input. We’re offering two sessions which give you the opportunity to have your say on how we shape our future plans and ask us any questions you may have.
Our first 'Your water, your say' meeting was held online on Wednesday 24 May 2023.
The event is hosted by an Independent Chair, appointed by our regulator Ofwat and the Consumer Council for Water (CCW).
Members from our Executive Team and Board will be there to share what's in our draft plan, including the challenges we are facing and the different ways we're working with communities and stakeholders, to deliver more for customers and the environment.
We will allow plenty of time for you to ask us questions and let us hear what your priorities are. They could be about:
- the service we provide
- our long-term delivery strategies
- our impact on the environment
- your water bill
- or any other topic important to you.
If you are unable to attend our online meeting but would like to ask a question, you can send them to yourwateryoursay@ccwater.org.uk and we’ll make sure that your voice is heard. We recognise not everyone will have online access, and we welcome multiple people joining from the same device.
This event will cover our three supply areas. Bristol Water & Bournemouth Water, where we provide water services only and South West Water, where we provide water and wastewater services, so we expect a range of questions.
