Our Exeter laboratory is open to receive samples between 8:30am-4:30pm Monday to Friday (except bank holidays).

If you need to arrange delivery outside of these hours please contact our Customer Support Team

If you need a business sample or private supply tested please complete our Request for laboratory analysis form.

Sample results will be issued as received at the laboratory. We’ll comment on the certificates of analysis if we find any of the results have been compromised. 

Couriers leave from the courier collection points at the time specified in the table below.

Samples must be at the depot in good time to guarantee sample delivery to our Exeter Laboratory by 16:30.
