Statement of Risks Strengths and Weaknesses and consultation on our Assurance Plan

South West Water has published its 2017/18 ‘Risks, Strengths and Weaknesses’ statement and launched a consultation over its Draft Assurance Plan.

The ‘Risks, Strengths and Weaknesses’ statement, available here, updates the 2016/17 assessment, considering both our progress in actions to address risks and weaknesses as well as emerging areas of focus.

The Assurance Plan covers both the South West and Bournemouth areas and details the assurance South West Water is performing during 2017/18 in significant areas requiring assurance. The draft plan is available here and South West Water encourages your feedback to be provided to riskandcompliance@southwestwater.co.uk.

Feedback received by 25 October will be collated and considered in finalising the Assurance Plan, which will be published by the end of October. Any comments received after this date will be collated and used to inform the Assurance Plan next year.
