What help can you offer me if I have a problem paying my bill?

If you’re finding it hard to pay the full cost of your bill, have a look at our payment plans which will help spread the cost of your bill and allow you to pay more regularly.

If you’re not on a meter
You may find having a meter installed would be more beneficial, here’s our water calculator to help work out what your bill would be.

If you’re on a meter
WaterSure Tariff – You may qualify for this if you receive certain benefits or tax credits
WaterCare Tariff – You may qualify for this if you’re on a very low income and receive a means tested benefit

If you’re struggling to pay, we’re here to help. Please call our Debt Helpline on 0800 0830 283 (Minicom 0800 169 9965) so that we can help you prevent problems getting worse. We’re here Monday to Friday 8am-8pm and Saturdays between 9am-1pm.
