It’s been a massive team effort and it’s paid off. We’re over the moon to announce that Colliford Reservoir reached our target.

As promised, we’re giving all our customers in Cornwall £30 credit on their bill. You will see a credit on your next bill after 7th January 2023 as “Stop the Drop Incentive”
It’s just the start...
The rate at which this reservoir is recovering shows that all your hard work is paying off but we still have some way to go to reach where we need to get to to be ready for Summer.
The reservoirs usual capacity at the start of the summer is 90% full, so you can see, we have a long way to go to get ready for the warmer weather. And we have no way of knowing what the weather will be like going into Spring – it might be dry again.
With your continued support, and our continued network investments and resource management, we’re confident we can get this reservoir ready for summer.
