Businesses, do you have a business in one of our eligible postcode areas* and think you might have a leaky loo on site?

We’re here to help.

Leaks in many dual flush toilets can be hard to spot and can waste up to 400 litres of water per toilet a day. Leaks in single flush toilets waste even more.

Stop the drop from these leaks with us.

How to check if you have a leak into the toilet pan.

It’s always better to be safe rather than sorry when it comes to leaky loos. And it’s easy to check whether yours are leaking.

We can send you free LeakyLoo strips that make this check a lot easier.

If you have a LeakyLooTM strip follow the included instructions to test the toilet with that.

If you don’t have a LeakyLooTM strip:

  1. Wait 15 minutes after the last toilet flush, then dry the back of the toilet pan with toilet tissue.
  2. Place a dry sheet of toilet paper at the back of the pan.
  3. Wash your hands and leave for three hours, if possible, without using the toilet.

When you return, check the condition of the toilet paper:

  • If the toilet paper is still dry – good news, you don’t have a leak.
  • If the toilet paper is a little crooked and wet – you may have a small leak.
  • If the toilet paper has broken up and has moved in the water below – you have a significant leak.

Once you've confirmed you have a leak into a toilet pan, let us know about it using the contact form below. We'll make a visit with a qualified plumber and where we can, undertake a free repair.
