South West Water is the first water company in the UK to appoint a dedicated Invasive Non Native Species Ecologist.

Two public consultation exhibitions held recently in Stithians and St Newlyn East were well attended by local residents.  The events were arranged to give information about South West Water’s plans to erect single small wind turbines at their sites at Stithians Water Treatment Works and Newquay Sewage Treatment Works.

Reservoirs are beautiful – but can also be dangerous. South West Water and South West Lakes Trust are appealing for visitors to reservoirs and lakes in the region to keep themselves safe.

Rare and protected peregrine falcons have set up home for the first time in Bournemouth Water's New Milton Water Tower.
