What do I do if my estimated meter reading is wrong?

You can give us your own meter reading within 30 days of the estimated bill online at My Account or by completing our form. You can also call our automated meter reading line on 0800 083 4247.

We’ll send you a new bill based on your reading.

Our estimated bills are based on your past use and we aim to read your meter every 6 months.
