• Open to household customer that switch to Direct Debit for their South West Water Bills between 24 July 2017 and 30 September 2017

The prize draw is not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of any company within Pennon Group Plc or any third parties associated with South West Water Limited (SWW).

The prize is provided in association with SWW. To enter this prize draw you must not be an employee, an agent or a director of Pennon Group Plc, its associated companies or subsidiaries or any member of any such person's family (this includes Source Contact Management Limited, Source for Business Limited and our H5O partners). SWW reserves the right to verify the eligibility of applications and to refuse entry at its discretion.

Free entry to the prize draw is only available to household customers.

Unless you select to opt-out, all household customers whose Direct Debit request has been received and set up by 23:59 on 30 September 2017 will automatically be entered into the prize draw.

It is a condition of entry into the draw that you accept these terms and conditions as final and that you agree to abide by them. No correspondence will be entered into. Please note that by entering into the prize draw the winner consents to their name and home county being published on the South West Water website after the closing date.

The closing date for entry is the 30 September 2017. The winner will be drawn at random by an independent person on 6 October 2017. The winner will be notified within 14 days of the draw taking place using the details provided on their SWW household customer account. The winner must then contact South West Water to confirm acceptance of their prize within 14 days of receiving notification that they have been successful. In the event of a non-acceptance within the specified period, or if the person is not contactable, South West Water reserves the right to reallocate the prize awarded to the next randomly drawn valid entry or to forfeit the prize.

The prize must be accepted as offered and is non-transferable and non-refundable. The precise washing machine model is subject to availability therefore, South West Water reserves the right to offer an alternative model of equal or greater value.
SWW will arrange for the convenient delivery of the prize to any United Kingdom address specified by the customer as soon as is reasonably practicable following confirmation of acceptance by the customer.

South West Water will not accept responsibility for loss of entries through technical fault, postal/transmission delays or incomplete, illegible or other damaged entries. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt.
