Meet Chris

We’re passionate about supporting the people we employ and the communities we serve. Meet Chris who works in our IT department and also helps to put fires out with Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service.

“I finished at the University of Central Lancashire in 2009 with a degree in forensic computing, I then landed a job as a Software Developer for Thales in Wells. In 2010 I worked with a colleague who was an on call firefighter at Wells and he persuaded me to sign up. I’ve not looked back since! I started my role as infrastructure analyst at SWW back in March and they have been very supportive in letting me respond to Middlemoor Fire Station during the working day.”
