The prize draw is ONLY open to South West Water customers* who have:
- pledged to Think Sink by filling in the form; and
- elected to enter this prize draw.
The prize is provided in association with South West Water Limited (South West Water). To enter this prize draw, entrants must not be an employee, an agent or a director of Pennon Group Plc, its associated companies or subsidiaries or any member of any such person's family (this includes Source Ltd, Source for Business Ltd and our H5O partners). South West Water reserves the right to verify the eligibility of applications and to refuse entry at its discretion. Entrants must be over 16 years old to enter the competition.
No purchase necessary, entry is free. Only one entry per customer* allowed. Bulk entries made by third parties will not be permitted.
All entries must be received by 11.59pm on 30 September 2017. Entries can only be made online. (The winner of the previous prize draw, which closed on 31 March 2017, was Ellie Pearson from Carharrack in Cornwall.)
It is a condition of entry that these terms and conditions of the prize draw are accepted as final and that entrants agree to abide by the terms and conditions. No correspondence will be entered into.
The winner will be drawn at random by an independent person with the draw taking place on 2 October 2017. The winner will be notified within 14 days of the draw taking place using contact details provided at the time of entry. The winner must contact South West Water to confirm acceptance of their prize within 14 days of receiving notification that they have been successful. In the event of a non-acceptance within the specified period, or if the person is not contactable, South West Water reserves the right to reallocate the prize awarded to the next randomly drawn valid entry or to forfeit the prize.
The name and home county of the winner will be made available on the South West Water website after the closing date. The winner may be required to participate in further publicity related to the prize draw which may include the publication of their name and photograph in any media.

The prize must be accepted as offered, is subject to availability, is not transferable, nor refundable. South West Water may wish to offer a cash alternative to the prize but this shall be at South West Water's sole discretion.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, South West Water reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
South West Water will not accept responsibility for loss of entries through technical fault, postal/transmission delays or incomplete, illegible or other damaged entries. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt.
South West Water will process any personal data received from entrants in connection with this prize draw in accordance with South West Water's Privacy and Cookies
South West Water reserves the right in its absolute discretion to cancel the promotion without prior notice in the event of circumstances arising beyond their control that make it necessary to do so.
This prize draw is governed by the laws of England and Wales. The promoter is South West Water Limited, Peninsula House, Rydon Lane, Exeter, EX2 7HR.
*To enter the draw you must live in a property that receives water and / or sewerage services from South West Water but you do not have to be the bill payer. Every person aged over 16 living in a property can enter the draw individually, but each individual can only enter once.
